Shreveport Mayor Cedric B. Glover, City Council, Prairie View A&M University Athletic Director Fred Washington, and Jackson State University Athletic Department representatives will join local alumni and college football enthusiasts to officially announce the upcoming 2011 Shreveport Classic and continue the excitement and success of college football in the City of Shreveport.
